| View in browser April  2020 COVID-19 Resources and FAQs Many members have asked questions regarding coverage for claims related to the COVID-19. Please reach out to your Member Services Manager if you have any questions or concerns.       Member Spotlight The City of Frisco Public Works Department has become the 13th agency in the state of Texas and one of 142 agencies across North America to be awarded with the American Public Works Association (APWA) Accreditation Designation. The department was recognized at the city council meeting on February 18, 2020. The accreditation program recognizes compliance with best practices as set forth in the Public Works Management Practices Manual established by the APWA. Accreditation is voluntary, thus a strong indicator of the City of Frisco’s commitment to operational excellence.       Service Highlight Our DIR – Certified cyber awareness online training is now available through LocalGovU for TMLIRP members. This program was created to assist local governments in meeting the cyber security training requirements of HB 3834.
